Not saying Cswol can reach Frank Zane-esque physique,
but if Cswol goes down to 240 lbs at 7 % bodyfat, his physique might at least resemble the legendary Joey Muscles!

Which is at least worth a Top 6 place in the contest

Some of you keep saying how am I becoming leaner and adding weight, muscle weighs more than fat, every pound of muscle burns 50 calories, why would I continue to become shredded 11 months before the show, I am adding as much muscle as I can before the 3 month mark, I will stay around 265 training and adding muscle, while dropping bodyfat, then I will hit the stage 245 lights out!

you are talking haney-esque size for a first timer.

at 245 ripped at 6'2 you would be top 6 masters. not bad for a first timer like.

245 lbs?

You would need to be sub 200 lbs to look lean enough for the Men's Physique Class.

Talk about bodyweight is meaningless. It's as silly as measuring a supermodel's beauty by her bodyweight.

There's so much more that goes into looking a certain way than weight.

How many 235 pounders are even remotely close to the muscle structure, skeletal structure, waist width, torso length, ability to have striations(Mentzer was ripped but never had the pectoral muscle fiber look Schwarzenegger had, skin tone, etc....of this(or nubret etc...):

It's easy to have 35 pounds of muscle in your waist, hips, abs, and thighs which adds little towards winning a contest much less looking good.

Actually, I do see your upper abs starting to show a little at the sides. In my experience the lower abs are the hardest to get to pop and also this area is the last place where I shed the fat layer.

One question I have is that you say you are at 270 lbs. now. If I am correct from your other posts over the past couple of weeks, this is about where you've been all along. Are you still trying to drop some pounds or have you abandoned this idea?

I ate baked tilapia, green kale, and pinto beans for 3 days, went from 268 to 260 259ish!
