His training camp/seminar has been a complete success !
If you were lucky to participate in IFBB star Ben Paulkuski's training camp ' what would you ask him ?

They were ESF sized servings, accompanied by 30iu of hgh daily. Again he may be less honest in a seminar given he has fart powder and a "training system" to sell
Pretty much the only bber ever who hasn't downplayed it, including guys I've known for years who still pull that "I won my first NPC heavyweight contest natural" and "only a gram of test a week max" nonsense.

I used to volunteer at a charity that my ex worked for. they have a yearly Gala and I was an Escort for the award recipients (I walked them to the stage.. that year was Ali Landry, the doritos girl), and afterwards me and the ex were waiting for our valet guy, that guy gets out of a car with an obvious hooker.. I mean the networks. ABC, NBC, CBS they have been producing garbage, I don't know if it was due to the writer's strike or that because the culture rewards slack writing, the better writers go to the cable shows or a combo of all of that.
