Classic category does not mean looking like Bill Pearl they don't even award the most balanced physique they award the most shredded guys, it's a conditioning category it does not represent the good old days and you need a vacuum and no protrusion. Better to enter heavy class.

Yeah I am going to bring a chair, a blanket, a pillow, and some food. I also have a hotel reservation for Sunday night. As far as changing my diet or training fuck no I am going to do exactly what I am doing now. I am in shape now.
