Short guy has zero muscle.  Those arms can't be more than 14".  No lats, no chest, no traps, pipe-cleaners for forearms.  He must be insane to set foot on stage looking like that.  There are male fashion models with more muscle and better conditioning.

Tall guy has birthing hips and a very weird structure, also pretty shitty high-estrogen water/fat retention.  Could be FtM, maybe?

Brian is winning this thing hands down.  I'm sorry, I just gotta call it like I see it.
