My buddy came over today and we went to lunch after working on the beetle. I have never been banned from a gym in my life. I literally just had pizza and wings with my stepdaughter half an hour ago and my wife and son will be here tomorrow after work.  Hell my dog is sitting at my feet right now.

It wasn't Nationals and again I had a sore throat I actually put on weight the last few days as pounding fluids to feel better was more important. I still won. I did enough to win. I didn't need to starve myself for 12 weeks. But again all those pics are from the evening when I went out on stage for 30 seconds and hit 3 poses. I was in pretty decent shape whether those pics show it or not.
