They throw in the normal gimmick terms like "Six Pack Stack/Hardcore Stack/Alpa Stack" and so on to appeal to delusional teens .

I have no problem with the individual "athletes" up to and including this Joey Swoll character, as Im sure he is a decent enough dude personally. Just the image they convey, the use of phrases like "haters" etc. make me sick. Its an interesting turn in the industry that I feel is NOT making a positive change. I now see gym rat kids, that havent the slightest fucking clue what theyre doing, obviously sauced to the tits, looking like zit laced hormonal water buffaloes, or shredded up swimmer physiques with more delts than quads.

It would be incorporated into an overall digital marketing strategy. You don't use instagram for the ecomm (selling) part, but more for the message and awareness part. It's a very cost effective way to reach your base.
Look at it this way - what would it cost a company to get a piece of information to directly to a market segment that uses it products or follows the industry? They'd first have to ID who they wanted to target, then pay for various means to deliver the message. It would cost a bundle. With instagram/twitter, etc, it costs nothing.
This is why companies offer discounts to their products when traffic is driven to them from other sites - it's because it's cheaper for the company to be contacted by an interested party through someone else's medium than it is for them to charge full price and identify and market to the consumer themselves......

She mentioned that in this container the measuring scoop looks larger than she has previously had. The only other thing she is taking is the birth control pill. So here's the list of what my friend is taking. Shredz for women multivitamin, shredz for women creatine. Pyro & L-carnitine (for fat burning) and shredtime at night.... She mentioned that in this container the measuring scoop looks larger than she has previously had. The only other thing she is taking is the birth control pill. Most were serious about training but they were not unapproachable & none of them gave a fuck if you were next to them. Just stay out their way. They'd gladly spot anyone if asked & on occasion they'd give advice to guys that were like 15, 16 years old.
What I'm getting across is that current dork gym culture mentality didn't exist back then. I honestly time my workouts during off peak hours to avoid the douche masses. The selfie taking & blue steel face posing dork should all be made to go to 24 hour fitness

This seems very likely. Hepatitis A is fairly easy to catch, just eat some fouled salad at a restaurant. Hepatitis A is no fun, but most people recover completely in a month or so. If one's liver is otherwise healthy, it should completely recover.

Well, I for one am finding this all very interesting. People often believe if they are using "natural" supplements, they are good to go; obviously not so much so as they hoped. Wake up people, everything we put into our bodies affects us.
I just started a regimen of added potassium and magnesium supplements to help lower my blood pressure, which is marginally high. I am now taking a magnesium supplement and drinking one glass of low sodium V-8 juice a day to insure I am getting enough potassium.
I put a lot of other shit into my body on a daily basis, so I am not preaching here nor am I proclaiming to be any manner of expert on what is good for us and what is not. Like most all you folks, I am just trying to be a fit and healthy as possible. At some point it is more about mortality than it is about vanity.

I fully agree prime. I only take protein powder 1-2 times daily. I depend on real foods to get my protein. At least I know what I am getting with food. And as for fat burners... I haven't taken them for years. When I was my leanest at 49 kilos for my nationals, I was not taking any fat burners. Most of them are loaded with caffeine and I would rather drink a coffee... Much cheaper .

Yes. I suspect that many people think they can do better with supplements then they can do with real foods. Recently I was diagnosed with an irregular heart beat and high blood pressure. Although this is not uncommon for old folks like me, I still want to be as healthy as possible. Although I could go on a bunch of prescriptions to counter the affects of high blood pressure and an irregular heat beat, I am changing my diet first before I succumb to medications.
