I train for strength - I don't bodybuild and I sure as hell dont wear t-back g-strings like you.

But to answer you UKgstring my best barbell row was 315 for reps as a natural. But who cares other than your fagget ass t-back wearing fruit.

After having shoulder issues I tried to keep my back strength inline with my benching. I made it a point to work my back equally as hard.

Why do I have the desire to be strong? Feels good man. I like lifting shit.

its cheating, fake muscles.

the traps in my avatar can be attributed to eating/lifting heavy. and various preworkout "supps"

also creatine. if you cycle it incorrectly you may not recover.
