I dunno, because some are cocky and justified as being such. For example, being the most successful bodybuilder ever, Arnold is pretty justified in drifitng towards the pompous side. Kamali and others, however, are not. I know you phrased the question who IS the cockiest, but i wonder if there ought to be a cocky-to-success ratio that need be looked at.
