well peanutbutter cups arent really empty calories, nothing really is , theres certain different antioxidants in the pb cup that are only needed in small amounts to my beleif. thus we only need a little to satisfy our taste and satisfy our nutrient requirments

yes leafy greens are the ultimate power, have them in a toasted bread sandwich too with some tomato and mayo with celtic sea salt and pepper=heavenly

yes alcohol is only needed at max 2 beers

weed is much more productive then looking for a buzz and less acne potential from weed than alchol IMO
