Time line depends on if they plead or go to teial. Either way it should be at least 1 year.


I don't know what a " teial " is, but there are many variables is such cases . . . Not the least of which is case/trial backlog.

I don't know if I'd take Ron's advice/insights very seriously, with respect to legal matters ::)

nevada is a pro prosecution jurisdiction unlike Massachusetts which is pro criminal
