Stinking up two planes instead of just one. 

It's an elective surgery for purely aesthetic purposes so his pec can look a little better maybe.  Not a strength athlete, this is for aesthetics.  He's convinced himself that shitty pec is all that stands between himself and winning Nationals!

I don’t expect good as new why would anyone expect that after an Injury? I am hoping for Improvement and a lower risk of another tear.

I started an actual thread with videos of the dr talking about it with examples but you all ignored that
