The idea is to improve my arms the contest is just something fun to do one morning. I am not going to enter a squat or deadlift contest because I have 2 titanium knees. I also have a torn pec have torn it twice flat benching and once when a car door so not trying to max flat bench but you guys already know that. However both my biceps work just fine so I can enter a curling contest.
