The idea is to improve my arms the contest is just something fun to do one morning. I am not going to enter a squat or deadlift contest because I have 2 titanium knees. I also have a torn pec have torn it twice flat benching and once when a car door so not trying to max flat bench but you guys already know that. However both my biceps work just fine so I can enter a curling contest.

thats so when you lose you convince yourself if you had taken it seriously you would be world champion.

The actual world champion is going to be there competing in my weight class I have 0 chance of winning the only real competition is with myself I plan to do better than last time

Triceps constitute approximately 2/3 of upper arm mass..........genius!!
