I actually enjoy my facial hair. I can grow a stache or beard in like a week.

Justin is young and doing the same. Kuclo won his card in 2011 and did two shows plus the Olympia in the two years following. He placed 3rd (NY Pro) and 1st (some other show). Justin got his in 2012, and placed 5th and 1st (2014 Europa) in his next two shows. He's doing the Olympia this year. So even there.
Justin could be a better poser, but I think has more consistent conditioning, and considering how young his career is...

Another good example but prob will never win the O is Wolfe , he paid his dues and is now winning Arnold titles and placing really well even though imo his best is behind him , 07 he looked phenomenal

If you take a look at the quality in men's physique and model, and just add muscle to them, you can see them possibly growing into what bbing used to be in the late 80s to early-mid 90s. And take a look at MuscleMania. That look, it's crisp, conditioned, detailed. The competitors don't have moon faces even when dieted down, and they still look athletic, yet don't scare away the public.
Maybe the drugs, judges, and schmoes have ruined today's bodybuilding.

If you take a look at the quality in men's physique and model, and just add muscle to them, you can see them possibly growing into what bbing used to be in the late 80s to early-mid 90s. And take a look at MuscleMania. That look, it's crisp, conditioned, detailed. The competitors don't have moon faces even when dieted down, and they still look athletic, yet don't scare away the public.
Maybe the drugs, judges, and a homes have ruined today's bodybuilding.
Those guys look far better than the IFBB 'pros'. :(

Those that are visitors to New York City aren't always aware of that little gem known as Francisco's Centro Vasco.
I'm down in Tribeca and often times will make my way up to Chelsea. Good gyms are hard to find. I've been through most of the major bodybuilder/powerlifter gyms in New York City (Richie's in Sunset Park Brooklyn, Johnny Lats, Golds, Victor's Gym, Steel Gym, Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym, Brooklyn Barbell Club, Frenchies in Brooklyn), but now have settled for Equinox, because it's close to home and it's never too packed. I never have to wait or work in with anyone.

1) the patsy's that's under the bridge now is actually owned by the folks running Grimaldi's in Manhattan. the patsy's that was there when I was a kid got bought out- I'm sure you know about the feud. the folks who ran the OLD patsy's, which I fucking LOVE, now have a place called Juliana's at the site of the old Patsy's- RIGHT NEXT TO THE PLACE THAT IS CURRENTLY CALLED PATSY'S, under the bridge. so what I'm saying is old patsy's = Juliana's. Current Patsy's = bullshit
2) I'd bang OMR, but I'm not male, so I'm pretty sure he couldn't keep it up for me. which basically means I'm not banging anyone, which is fine, because he'd still be great company. I'd kill halo and eat him. I'd placate Manson with some Halo flesh
3) all of my friends, male and female, are non-bodybuilding, and they all come to my shows and think the fact that I spend so much time surrounded by guidos is HILARIOUS. I always describe myself as a Muscle Hesher. my friends are just HESHERS, and they say really supportive things like "I'm so proud of you."
4) Women's bodybuilding? Nothing to fix. Let women do whatever they want and pursue bodybuilding ideals. For those who don't want to play the size game, wpd exists, and so does figure. I would like to see wpd take off, and figure stay lean. men's bodybuilding- reward aesthetic, pleasing physiques like rhoden and even Bonac. As narrow as we say Heath is, he's at least got a small waist and relatively big everything else. MPD needs euro trunks for me to respect it.
5) depends on the man. Whatever he likes to eat. But I like to go crazy when I cook though, so... stuffed pork chops, homemade chunky Apple sauce with allspice and onions, and roasted Brussels sprouts.
6) yes I break even, but I also compete FAR less often than a lot of ladies. haha, when I'm done paying off my stupid college loans, I'll be doing way better than breaking even.

MEGALOLZ. Uuuuuh, tough question. in theory, yes. Whenever I think about the realm of possibilities, I consider Ann Titone's competitive career. She looks great these days. Awesome taper, small waist, prefect presentation, but that wasn't always the case. There was a time before that when she looked kind of like garbage. Almost everyone in this sport is quick to shout "politics," but unless you look right, you have no business complaining. Of course I'll never win anything if I speak badly of the IFBB or any of the top players, but before that even matters, I need to LOOK like a top player.
Ann never complained. She just worked her ass off and now she's doing well. I plan to work my ass off and we'll see how far I get.

I like being able to banter about my ridiculous niche sport with people who understand the ridiculousness of it, but also enjoy it for what it is. On other forums, people are eitherjudging it like it's the Olympics or some sort of quest for healthy living (it is a pageant), or they're too busy bashing the sport and everyone involved to say anything I care to read.

yes, if I had any kind of boobs I would have more sex appeal and look a little more balanced on top. Judges judge the full package, so sure, it might help.
But padding has worked well for me over the years when my body is on point (see middle pic in that triptych), so I don't think that's what's hurting me.
Also, Alicia Coates is as flat as I am, but doing well because her body is dope. If your body's not right, it doesn't matter how big or small your tits are.

She has more side delt and as far as glutes you lack just the upper outer part the rest is fine. It's possible and I am NOT saying this is for sure but she looks a little puffed up in the side delt area. A lot of these figure girls have extremely pronounced side delts and that's no coincidence.

1. Competitive bodybuilding is a hobby. Do people need time frames for completing the blanket they're knitting, or scoring the stamps for their collection? I like deadlines and contest prep and getting glammed up for the show. my time frame is to do this for as long as I enjoy it and to move on when I don't.

I think that being really straightforward makes dudes feel pressured to decide what they want and don't want from a female, and given the option of being honest or just checking out, guys prefer to check out.

It seems like there were 3 types of fathers I noticed growing up.
A. The ones who weren't around at all or very little.
B. The more old school types who more or less payed the bills, stayed on their kids butts when and if they got out of line and picked them up from practice or whatever when it was needed but wasn't really overly involved.
C. Your type of dad who gave a ton of encouragement. Was out there hitting grounders to their sons after work. Taking their daughters to do girl stuff(whatever that is I don't know. i guess maybe dance, singing, softball or whatever haha) and just being there for them when they needed and taking that extra step from a "B" type.
So it that regard I say you made out pretty well in the dad department. :)
