Rob Parker is a moron. He is just trying to make a name for himself.

He's not happy about Jason Whitlock getting all the coveted 'stupid n*gga' publicity.

Would Neil degrasse Tyson be black enough for Rob Parker?
No, and when Neil was on Jay Leno, he just about killed it for making astro-physics to be cool for any race. Now, that was cornball. Smart as hell, and wouldn't mind having lunch with him, just don't start telling jokes to make what you do sound cool.

And this is coming from a man who wanted to be a zoologist or a paleontologist.

LOL WHAT????
The amount of ignorance spewed in this short message!

"I've talked to some people in Washington, D.C. Some people in [Griffin's] press conferences.

Some people I've known for a long time. My question, which is just a straight, honest question, is ... is he a 'brother,' or is he a cornball 'brother?'

He's not really ... he's black, but he's not really down with the cause. He's not one of us.

He's kind of black, but he's not really like the guy you'd want to hang out with.

I just want to find out about him. I don't know, because I keep hearing these things.

He has a white fiancé, people talking about that he's a Republican ... there's no information at all.

I'm just trying to dig deeper into why he has an issue.

Tiger Woods was like, 'I have black skin, but don't call me black.' People wondered about Tiger Woods early on -- about him."

Bayless, never content to let someone else have the last infantile, stupid remark, upped the ante with this question: "What do RG3's braids say to you?"

"To me, that's very urban," Parker continued, seemingly determined to dig his own professional grave.

"It makes you feel like ... I think he would have a clean cut if he were more straight-laced or not ... wearing braids is ... you're a brother.
You're a brother. If you've got braids on."

--

Is he saying that a real black fellow cannot be a cornball or republican?
And that he must be "down with the cause"? What cause?
Must he wear braids?

rob parker had a really awkward moment a few months back, whining about getting divorced on the air.  Sounds like he's a mess.

has that look to him that he's a problem drinker, you know the look.

black men like Rob, who feel "insecure" or "threatened", or want black men and people to fit a certain box that has been made for us, are the ones who are not "down with the cause."

I agree, I've seen that guy say some shit that makes me scratch my head, and the other people on the show are like "wtf?'  It's a "debate" type show and that guy rarely wins....make that never.
