the target is 8%.. i go slowly but surely 8).. not easy to go leaner naturally while keeping most of your strength.. unlike in the past i eat good amount of carbohydrates now in order to keep my energy good.. in the past i was consuming very small amount of carbs to be lean but was not doing any cardio as i do now..
so the equation is either to keep your carbs to the minimum without the need of doing cardio or to eat good amounts of carbs and do cardio.. the 2nd option takes longer time to achieve the goal but gives better results as it doesn't make you noticeably weaker as when you go on very small amounts of carbs..

yes sure if i shave it will look noticeably better.. i remember when i was entering my gym contest the difference between my abs before and after shaving was like day and night,.. also sun tanning was making it look better..

Haha, I had my BF measured using that silly machine where you put weight, height and hold it during some silly event in shopping mall. I had 18% and mind you, that was when I was in shape (like in avi, 10%-ish). I asked girl that was doing the tests if one has visible abs and veins on quads with 18% bf and she replied, blushing, "it's good bodyfat, its within normal range". I was like - "oh brother".

Well you are in a dark room and the lighting sucks. Now your skin is wrapped around your abs pretty good so definitely single digits. I say you are 9% body fat here.

Around 12% or a little more.. I doubt it's less since you're natural as far as I know so you are not holding a whole lot of water there which would might give the impression of more fat than there actually is.

if you look at his earlier videos as a younger lad he is always surrounded by a bunch of creepy dirty old men/schmoes simply there to ogle at young naive males for j/o material later that evening while praising him the entire way. I can barely make it more than a couple minutes in without my stomach beginning to turn, personally.
So it's just that mentality ingrained in his head by that sort of scene that makes it hard for him to take any level of honest, unbiased criticism of his physique when he was told how great he looked was all that time by a bunch of repressed, down low old Muslim queens.

Try taking bodyfat measurements for on every body type out there for about 20 -30 years. You won't even need a caliper or scale.
The guy in that picture is within 1% of 9 - 10 % ~ probably less because he has a full six pack, but his legs aren't showing

i dont know mate, its not sooooo small, tad over 80cm, i dont know whats that in inches, but its inch or 2 bigger than the claim for really small waist, maybe these ppl are lying, i seldomly seen any mulatto guy with smaller than that irl,so i dont know.

and a true waist measurement should be around the thickest and widest part of the waist, about 1 inch or 2 cm below the navel

Try taking bodyfat measurements for on every body type out there for about 20 -30 years. You won't even need a caliper or scale.
The guy in that picture is within 1% of 9 - 10 % ~ probably less because he has a full six pack, but his legs aren't showing
man 6 clear pack under all this hair.. this means if i shaved they would look MUCH better.. i remember when i was competing i was shaving my body about one week before the contest to start sun tanning.. after shaving i was looking in the mirror to see a totally difference thing than before shaving..
my legs are at their best ever now,.. not big at all "as the rest of me" but have good details.. but again the hair will not make them look good in pics..

You are right , people always think I'm around 190lbs or more , when I used to box many trainers complained that I was heavier and made me weight in again after the fight , in my first show nobody believed me that I was 154lbs ....

Why? Cheap gear in pharmacy, scuba diving is big there. Fun place for active person. Sight-seeing is BS tho, just avoid it alltogether. Everyone will be amazed you've been to Egypt and haven't seen pyramids and sphinx but to fuck with that shit. Sahara was kinda interesting, for 10 seconds maybe. It was like - Oh well, shitload of sand, yay!

as a muslim for one whole month now "ramadan" i have been fasting "no food and liquids at all" from about 3:30 am till about 6:50 pm.. some muslims gain weight during this month as they eat like monsters after the fasting hours but i wanted to use it on the other way to lose more fats and it worked.. all what i did differently in this month was eating one big meal with a lot of carbs in it but then nothing more than milk and fruits.. before ramadan i was eating two big meals with a lot of carbs.. this is the difference.. i have decreased my carbs noticeably..
i have lost about 2 kilos because of that.. today is the last day of ramadan and sure i will return to consume more carbs starting from tomorrow but i am intending to increase my cardio days to hopefully keep my bf as it's now.. and then to decrease it gradually..
so i am currently about 72 kg when i am full and 70 kg by the end of the fasting hours when i am very empty lol.. my ultimate goal is to make my weight 70 kg when i am full which means to lose two more kilos.. i can do this quickly by keeping my carbs level low as during ramadan but this makes me weaker in the gym so the only option i can see is to increase both carbs and cardio and to have some patience,.. i dont care if i reach this goal fast.. things are done better when taking good time..
