Some new footage from the russian giant ;) Thought this is worth sharing since he usually doesn't upload training videos.

370 kg deadlift for 2 reps without a Problem!

Sarychev benches 260 x 3, 280 x 2 x 3 sets smooth as fack!!!

Interesting technique on the bench
My bench sucks dick, I'll give this slow first negative ultra controlled shit a go. I see Spoto train as well, he was a bber and also does that controlled type pressing.
I currently bench more like a shot-putter- kinda like Dan Green I guess

Yeah why not? Give it a try. Maybe smooth, controlled reps work better for you.

I've noticed that the vast majority of big benchers essentially do BB training
I was just throwing the weight around
