John Meadows his trainer and diet guy said they did do a last minute adjustment and it wasn't nutrition or training wise. He said now they know how his body responded.

Everyone does this on their pro debut because they panic and try some thing Knew and drastic and I have seen people make last minute mistakes after 20 shows. The shit is make or break at the last minute, he should have stuck with what worked for him in the past.

I still feel like Antoine hasn't yet found his perfect formula to dial it in come show day. Even at his Canadian wins, he looked sick, but was still a bit flat compared to what he's capable of, as in how he looked 1 week out.

I really like John Meadows, but I wonder how solid his peak week methods are. Antoine's showing last weekend makes me think they were fucking with too much during the last week.

I know a guy (ifbb pro) who drops his gh 2 weeks out and we are talking 24 + iu per day and his body flattens out and he gets a weird look so now he drops it only to 6 iu instead of nothing and he remains full and hard.
