Title: Open letter / apology to true adonis - a calorie is a calorie

i like to bust his balls in general but i do owe him an apology for running him into the ground over his 'a calorie is a calorie' stance.

for the past couple months i have not followed a bbing diet at all. i dont counts cals/ carbs/ protein or fat. i eat when im hungry and dont eat if im not. i have stopped taking in protein powder altogether- i might get if im really lucky 150 grams of protein a day.

i have never looked this good or have been this lean at a 'daily walking around' bodyfat level. im maybe a couple percent off contest right now.

BUT heres the disclaimer- i am using 4iu of gh a day and i know this is helping, but holy fuck to think i used to suffer thru not eating what i wanted to FOR YEARS.

the template is simple- eat when your hungry- not by the clock- but dont let yourself get to the point where you get so hungry you over eat. some days i eat only twice a day, others 4 or 5. if im not hungry i dont eat. do 20min high intensity cardio post workout. i also train fasted. forget about meal timings, anabolic windows and all that other bullshit supplement companies sell us. eat fruit- im eating a ton of fruit- the one thing your 'not supposed' to eat- a pound of pineapple a day, 2 pounds of grapes a day for example. eat what you want, when you want. the only thing i do do is avoid digesting fats within 2 hours of my workout, i stick to a pretty clean chicken- potato or lean ground beef potato meal. maybe thats not necessary but its the one habit i havent kicked yet.

so, adonis- you were right. i was wrong. im enjoying life cause i love to eat, my training is better, my energy is better.

I really haven't paid any attention to diet for a good 6 months, my calorie intake is absolutely nothing, maybe around a 1000 and i have not really lost any muscle mass. I haven't gained any either though...

I think our bodies probably need a lot less to function than some of the figures that get thrown about.

I'm clean though, i wonder how much bang you could get out of the same diet on tren and gh.

So are you maintaining well above your natural limit on your current diet No One?

I agree with some points. I only eat when Im hungry as well and dont follow the clock like I used to, allthough I try to keep some kind of structure. The thing is that I usally get hungry after 2-3 hours anyways because of my metabolism and old habbits. But either way, this is better overall for not gaining too much fat. I eat what I want as well, but I usually eat 90% clean because I prefer it that way, and I know its the best way to go. As long as Im motivated, the food doesnt really matter, but if Im not motivated and I crave something - I`ll sure as hell eat it. Imo, there are no such things as "bad" foods, its all about the amount your eating and the meal frequency that really matters. As long as you keep those two factors in check, you should be just fine. I also train a lot of cardio these days, even more than weights right now in order to stay lean no matter what. I take it just or even more seriously than weightlifting right now, because I dont need to get any bigger anyways, and Id rather stay lean, look good, and still be able to eat what I want. It gives you a lot more freedom and happiness in everyday life, and it works just as fine as any other diet - just not as fully optimal. But Im very pleased with the results so far. Im able to stay muscular, keep my strength and look lean at the same time. Im also much more mobile and fuctional as well, due to the loss of bodyfat. I have also set some strict rules to stay away from ice cream, potato chips and candy at all cost. Because unlike food which has a lot more valuable nutritions, these things will really mess you up both mentally and physically to the point where its just better to cut them out. And Ive think that has payed off. Burgers, pizza, lasagne, taco etc are all for the win though. As for proteinshakes, I really cant stand them as well, and I know I would hold less water withouth them and keep the midsection in check. But I still need them, especially when Im at work and right after working out. Other than that, I try to stay away. At least the increased cardio training makes up for the bloat you get from proteinshakes.

hey dude, thanks for the offer, but coming 'off' right now isnt in the plans- not saying that it'll never happen, but being a slave to the pin is starting to suck a bit, even though i have only using half of what i normally would i can see a point in the not too distant future i stop altogether- at my age i think i'd more opt for an HRT type dose- say 150mg-200mg every 10 days w maybe 2 iu of gh a day. same thing a dr would script me.

here, i'll put a pic up for you. i'll leave it for 5 min. this is 248 standing relaxed, unflexed, having eaten whatever the fuck i choose for 2 months. ive gotten bigger and leaner. you were right dude. i dont care what anyone says- it works.

Also, some may hear or have heard that silly acronym "IIFYM" (if it fits your Macros) being tossed around.  The truth is, that is as shit-brained as "eating clean".  Its not necessary and it more or less stems from a compulsion based out of OCD.  It will work, just like any diet works, but it certainly is not necessary, nor is it optimal if you are trying to get the most enjoyment out of life.  (isn`t that a goal for all of us).

Eat whatever you want, there is no reason not to.

I bet it was like a weight lifted off of your shoulders not having to adhere to a meal schedule comprised of bland, bullshit food.  

I can`t believe the general public still thinks in terms of "good food versus bad food".  It makes me absolutely sick to see the finger being pointed wrongly at food companies, restaurants and individual ingredients looking for a scapegoat when the simple solution is just eat less of whatever you want, and move around more than you currently do.

There was a professor who went on an all Twinkie/Junk Food diet named Mark Haub.  I have been in correspondence with him and he uses me as an example for his nutrition classes.  He was shocked that he was able to lower his cholesterol, lower his blood pressure and look his best while eating the way he did.  He has moved to eating whatever he wants now, not limiting himself as he did.  He emailed me not too long ago and asked if he could use my pictures and correspondence for a story his local news wanted to do.  I told him to share it with anyone and everyone.  There is a video out there somewhere, but I still have not seen it. haha

Usain Bolt has revealed that he prepared for the 100m final by eating a McDonald’s for breakfast.

Bolt, who won gold with an Olympic record of 9.63 seconds, ate a wrap from the fast food outlet on the morning of the race, but joked: “It had vegetables in it, so don’t judge me!”

The Jamaican went on to win the greatest 100m final in Olympic history, retaining his title with the second fastest time ever, after his own world record of 9.58 secs.

He crossed the line a yard ahead of his Jamaican team-mate Yohan Blake, who took silver in 9.75 seconds, with the American Justin Gatlin taking bronze in 9.79 seconds.

Seven of the eight finalists finished in under 10 seconds in a race that will enter athletics legend.

At a post-race press conference, Bolt, 25, was asked about his diet on the day of the big race.


 
   

He said: “I had some plaintains, some hash browns, fruit, then a wrap from McDonald’s. For lunch I had rice and pork and some apple juice.”

He also said he had “had a few nuggets” from McDonald’s during his stay in the Olympic village, single-handedly giving the fast-food chain its greatest ever public relations puff.


But while he has enjoyed the food on offer at London 2012, he was less than impressed with the endless rules imposed on athletes and spectators alike.

He said: “The Games have been OK but there has been a lot of rules. I have never been to a championship like it.

“I had my skipping rope in my bag and I couldn’t bring it in, and I said why? ‘It’s the rules’.

“I had a rubber band to stretch with and they said I couldn’t take that inside, and I said why? ‘It’s just the rules’.

“Then I had to stand in a line and I said ‘Really? I’ve come here to run’.”

Bolt, whose race was watched by his friend Prince Harry, as well as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, said being beaten by his team-mate Yohan Blake twice in the Jamaican trials “woke me up” and made him realise he needed to work harder.

Asked his race strategy, he shrugged in typically laid-back style and said: “I just ran pretty much.”

He said he had been so caught up in the moment, and was so wary of his rivals around him, that he forgot to push for a world record time.

“It was wonderful, I really didn’t remember I was running against the clock until too late. I looked across at the clock but it was too late by then.”

Asked if he would carry on until the 2016 Games in Rio de Janeiro, he said: “I hope I’m there.”

He said his showy pre-race moves, which included pretending to spin a record like a DJ, were all things his friends had asked him to do.

“My friends always ask me to do stuff for them so I do it,” he said. “I had some friends who asked me to do the bunny ears so I did it.”

Gatlin described Bolt as “the Michael Phelps of our sport”, adding: “He is a showman. The people come out here and pay their money to watch a great race, so is it arrogant, is it cocky? I don’t think so.”

Blake had been unbeaten all year and was regarded as the favourite by many experts, but Bolt, always the man for the big occasion, saved his best for when it mattered, to the obvious delight of the 80,000-strong crowd at the Olympic Stadium, who rose to their feet in unison as he crossed the line.

He had said earlier in the year he needed to win in London to cement his status as a “legend”.

Asked if it was mission accomplished, he said: “That is the first step but I’m looking forward to the 200m. There was a lot of people doubted me, there was a lot of talk, so it was really great to show people that I’m still the number one, I’m still the best.”

hey dude, thanks for the offer, but coming 'off' right now isnt in the plans- not saying that it'll never happen, but being a slave to the pin is starting to suck a bit, even though i have only using half of what i normally would i can see a point in the not too distant future i stop altogether- at my age i think i'd more opt for an HRT type dose- say 150mg-200mg every 10 days w maybe 2 iu of gh a day. same thing a dr would script me.

I do 200mg every 7days and get called a bitch, be prepared.  I WISH my doc would include GH in there.  I will NOT take the chance of wasting money on the UG GH shit.

Also, some may hear or have heard that silly acronym "IIFYM" (if it fits your Macros) being tossed around.  The truth is, that is as shit-brained as "eating clean".  Its not necessary and it more or less stems from a compulsion based out of OCD.  It will work, just like any diet works, but it certainly is not necessary, nor is it optimal if you are trying to get the most enjoyment out of life.  (isn`t that a goal for all of us).

Eat whatever you want, there is no reason not to.

Particularly the word 'whatever', as opposed to 'however much' is the key to balancing enjoyment of food and life, without the unhealthy consequences of continuous excess, or consequnces of OCD in the kitchen lol.

Yeh i've been doing it too. I was staying lean anyway but this allowed me to drop that extra 2-3 pounds and stay super lean all the time. I couldn't figure out how to do it but i was still eating 5 times a day. I came back from overseas and just wasn't hungry on the plane and thought i would just eat when hungry and there you go.

I would say i eat 3 times a day. 2 whole eggs for breakfast with 1-2 whites, maybe one piece of toast but not always. Some fruit. Don't eat as soon as i awake anymore just wait until i am hungry and have left the house without eating just with a meal on me.

Second meal vegtables and chicken or tuna. Still feel getting some good nutrients in is beneficial.

Third meal maybe burger and salad. Eat a bit more. Obviously not that many calories in the first two meals anyway and i need something decent in me. Sometimes i add some junk to the second meal, sometimes i am more hungry that day. Sometimes i've only eaten twice in the day as well.

People will hate and say it's garbage but we are all brainwashed! Until you do it you don't know. It's awesome now i can leave the house without worrying about having a meal on me LOL. I bottom out at 196 and when i wake up at that weight i feel more hungry. When i wake up at 198 i feel a bit full. So not much difference, my face has dropped shit too staying that little bit leaner.

BTW i've been clean many years. It makes no difference. I am as lean as i can go clean, if i was juiced i could probably look leaner doing this. But i still hold more size than anyone while lean other than long term juicers. If you dropped the gear you would lose some size obviously and probably not look as lean but that's it. You'd look better in the face from my experience.

I remember eating so much shit when i was 17-18, and when on gear at 21 i ate so much clean food as i never really ate junk then. But once you stop really gaining a lot you are only really going to maintain so the body won't require as much. It just doesn't.

My muscle level doesn't change or go anywhere. Nothing is going to change it now. It's just overeating that holds more water. Once you cut the food down that goes and you look much leaner. You might even gain a bit from the body functioning more efficiently.

I think this is all correct, but it does have to be stated there is a big difference between maintenance and building. Although a lot of guys experiences in this thread does destroy one myth.

What is there to tell?  Any real restaurant will use a thermometer.  There is no better or other way to ensure a perfectly cooked steak.  Temperature is a specific thing and cannot vary and it is the single most important thing to get correct.

A calorie is not "just a calorie" and nutrients do matter. You can eat all of the shit you want but it won't help you unless you get proper nutrients in those calories.

so i got a pm from a member asking me to outline my diet. so i itemised everything i ate today

2 scoops waxy maize/ bcaas centred around my workout
1/2 pound lean ground beef with 2 small white potatoes post workout (i train fasted)
6 whole eggs with a large baked yellow potato
1/4 pound lean ground beef with 2 small white potatoes
2 large steak burritos from quesada
1 medium dairy queen skor blizzard
1/3 large bag of potato chips
1 cup of vanilla ice cream  
1 whole pineapple
1 pound red grapes

now, im not following a diet here, these are actually the foods i felt like eating. if i wanted pizza instead of eggs and potato i would have had it. i just wanted eggs and potato for some odd reason. i actually like it. i also said in the pm, i have been hungry for about 9 days now- my appetite has increased dramatically for some reason- my drug intake and training has remained the same. for about 4 weeks before that, i was eating maybe 2-3 times a day. using the same compounds training the same way- i just wasnt hungry. i think the body goes thru very definitive growth phases- i dont think he body grows constantly all the time, despite the stresses we put on it, and chemicals we take to make it grow. i think it actually takes a break from 'growing', and thus the decrease in demad for calories. then when it is ready to grow, the appetite increases to allow for the cals necessary to facilitate this.

im sure you've all experienced blocks of time when you just had no appetite, and the blocks when you couldnt eat enough- and in my case it seems to very cyclical. you thought when you werent hungry you might have been over training maybe. or maybe your body was taking a break from growing. listen to your body- give it the cals it wants when it wants them, and dont give them when it doesnt. it will tell you what it wants. when you use a traditional bbing diet forcing yourself to eat every 2 hours no wonder so many guys who trains seriously get fat- myself included- the body didnt need or want the cals your forcing into it. and then the starve themselves when they are hungry cause they are afraid to go past their 'calorie ceiling'- guys who compete- when your appetite was highest ever notice thats also when you got the flattest and stringiest and weakest when following your prep? fuck man, it isnt coincidence. i only just reaiised this just now as i was typing.

so i got a pm from a member asking me to outline my diet. so i itemised everything i ate today

2 scoops waxy maize/ bcaas centred around my workout
1/2 pound lean ground beef with 2 small white potatoes post workout (i train fasted)
6 whole eggs with a large baked yellow potato
1/4 pound lean ground beef with 2 small white potatoes
2 large steak burritos from quesada
1 medium dairy queen skor blizzard
1/3 large bag of potato chips
1 cup of vanilla ice cream  
1 whole pineapple
1 pound red grapes

now, im not following a diet here, these are actually the foods i felt like eating. if i wanted pizza instead of eggs and potato i would have had it. i just wanted eggs and potato for some odd reason. i actually like it. i also said in the pm, i have been hungry for about 9 days now- my appetite has increased dramatically for some reason- my drug intake and training has remained the same. for about 4 weeks before that, i was eating maybe 2-3 times a day. using the same compounds training the same way- i just wasnt hungry. i think the body goes thru very definitive growth phases- i dont think he body grows constantly all the time, despite the stresses we put on it, and chemicals we take to make it grow. i think it actually takes a break from 'growing', and thus the decrease in demad for calories. then when it is ready to grow, the appetite increases to allow for the cals necessary to facilitate this.

im sure you've all experienced blocks of time when you just had no appetite, and the blocks when you couldnt eat enough- and in my case it seems to very cyclical. you thought when you werent hungry you might have been over training maybe. or maybe your body was taking a break from growing. listen to your body- give it the cals it wants when it wants them, and dont give them when it doesnt. it will tell you what it wants. when you use a traditional bbing diet forcing yourself to eat every 2 hours no wonder so many guys who trains seriously get fat- myself included- the body didnt need or want the cals your forcing into it. and then the starve themselves when they are hungry cause they are afraid to go past their 'calorie ceiling'- guys who compete- when your appetite was highest ever notice thats also when you got the flattest and stringiest and weakest when following your prep? fuck man, it isnt coincidence. i only just reaiised this just now as i was typing.

I am not a bodybuilder and hate to say it it is my belief you can look good but on such a diet but in all honesty a diet like that or one i eat is a pretty clean diet in the scheme of things. Nutrient dense foods with a few doughnuts or chips added and bread or potatoes instead of rice or oatmeal just isnt going to make much differce.

What is there to tell?  Any real restaurant will use a thermometer.  There is no better or other way to ensure a perfectly cooked steak.  Temperature is a specific thing and cannot vary and it is the single most important thing to get correct.

no no, most we use, and this isnt for steaks because steaks are the easiest things to cook in the world and if u need a thermometer you are fired in my kitchen, but the most we use is a little paper clip looking thing that we put into the meat and then we put it on the back of our hand to see if it's warm, this is for roasts that are harder to judge than steaks

Meeting caloric requirements does not equate to meeting nutritional requirements.  Staying within caloric limits isn't a licence to subsist on doughnuts.

Neither is a 'bodybuilding diet' necessarily healthy.  It could mean so many things (keto, low fat, no veg?) it's impossible to discuss.  I don't put much stock in people listing 'Meals 1-6' though.  Is that Mon-Sun without any variation?

i like to bust his balls in general but i do owe him an apology for running him into the ground over his 'a calorie is a calorie' stance.

for the past couple months i have not followed a bbing diet at all. i dont counts cals/ carbs/ protein or fat. i eat when im hungry and dont eat if im not. i have stopped taking in protein powder altogether- i might get if im really lucky 150 grams of protein a day.

i have never looked this good or have been this lean at a 'daily walking around' bodyfat level. im maybe a couple percent off contest right now.

BUT heres the disclaimer- i am using 4iu of gh a day and i know this is helping, but holy fuck to think i used to suffer thru not eating what i wanted to FOR YEARS.

the template is simple- eat when your hungry- not by the clock- but dont let yourself get to the point where you get so hungry you over eat. some days i eat only twice a day, others 4 or 5. if im not hungry i dont eat. do 20min high intensity cardio post workout. i also train fasted. forget about meal timings, anabolic windows and all that other bullshit supplement companies sell us. eat fruit- im eating a ton of fruit- the one thing your 'not supposed' to eat- a pound of pineapple a day, 2 pounds of grapes a day for example. eat what you want, when you want. the only thing i do do is avoid digesting fats within 2 hours of my workout, i stick to a pretty clean chicken- potato or lean ground beef potato meal. maybe thats not necessary but its the one habit i havent kicked yet.

so, adonis- you were right. i was wrong. im enjoying life cause i love to eat, my training is better, my energy is better.

no- this is news to me. gonna do a google search now. thanks for the heads up. what makes me think it does do what it is supposed to do is that whenever i used to start to go low when i was using insulin, nothing pulled me out fastrer than waxy. waaaaay faster than dextrose which is what a lot of diabetics use. i use a lot of bcaas. a lot. xetnd is prolly one of the only 'supplements' i'd recommend anyone use.

read my last post on page 4. i thin it has less to do with gh usage and more to do with the body demanding/ not demanding calories, and doing brief high intensity cardio post workout. this is in my case. everyone is different. this is what works for me.

Keep in mind:
GH, AAS, post workout cardio and training while fasted. These pretty much will make anyone lose weight unless they eat like a pig. I remember TA claiming this works without "any" cardio or "supplements".

I cannot eat like you guys, i've been on 10iu of GH since April and i do Muay Thai 3 nights a week, if i eat ice cream or junk food i will pack on pounds fast. I can gain 10 pounds in 2 weeks of eating like noone and it's all fat/water. I've seen noone's pics and he's legit, but i don't know a single person who eats like this and stays sub 10% BF. Even on Tren/GH/T3 i cannot eat like noone and not gain fat.

There is also the health aspect that people forget, but i tend to agree with the original premise, as long as your calories are somewhat restricted. Not saying anyone is wrong, but it is not as simple as you guys are trying to make it. Also noone has been training for a very long time and knows exactly what he is doing, for a beginner to try this is not recommended IMO.

good post, well said and i agree with it all. you gotta remember the caveat to all of this- this is not a sustained eating pattern. my body will demand calories like this for a while, then it'll go into a hibernation mode where i might eat 2K cals a day for several weeks at a time. undoubtedly over time someone eating an excess of cals when their body has absolutely no use for them will get fat. for me its been a combination of cardio, training fasted and eating when im hungry (whatever i want) and not eating when im not. thats the money right there for me. everyone is crying gh in this thread- its not just the gh, or else in the past i could have gotten this lean following a tradition bbing diet. its the realistation of, and application of the accumulated affect of all the factors i have listed that are making the difference.

if i move around plenty,i can be kinda lean on such a diet, as long as i work out almost every day.

nowhere near 6%, but something around 10, slowly going towards 12% after a while.i seen others on worse diet staying lean, but on more drugs and more mass than me.

i thought noones diet is much "worse" than what he posted.

however, 10%, i dont like being 10% or more.esp on gear,i dont like it at all.

I couldn't eat like that every day, which is not what he meant, so i also think i read through it a bit quick before my first reponse. If i dropped the burritos, chips & bizzard, i could stay lean WITH cardio, however lean to me is 6-8% like some of his pics he has posted before, that's why i believe him because he's been ripped to shreds before and i'm about 7% right now. I'm one of those people who has to go below 2500 calories to lose any fat at all and to get below 8% i need to be 1500 cals or so with all the AAS/GH/T3.

Noone knows his shit and looks incredible. I think if i ate like this once a week i'd be fine, but i gain weight very easily no matter what i'm running so i follow a strict diet. I do some pretty insane cardio 3 days a week as well.

There is TONS of research backing up claims about proper macronutrients being the key to staying lean. I won't even bother citing one. There are beautiful studies in which for example they changed 60% of daily carb intake to pure sugar. Guess what happened? Nothing.

If science doesn't work then why don't buildings and bridges all fall apart? It works bitches. You're just too dumb to apply it.

well, yesterday was a fine day. i woke up in the am and headed over to dick lints gf's place. she slipped me her number in the gym. said she wanted to feel like what it would be like to be violated by a 'real man' instead of a transgendered nancy that eats quinoa and granola all day. once i dispatched of her anus, i then headed to the gym. this is the rest of the days meals as follows, in order.

2 scoops waxy w 3 scoops bcaas centered around workout
1 pound grapes, one whole pineapple
2 1/4 pound homemade hamburgers mmm
5 whole eggs and a large baked potato (dunno why i like this meal so much)

Of course someone on steroids and the likes is going to use calories more efficiently, but that doesn't change the fact that a calorie is a calorie. 100 kcals of food a = 100 kcals of food b, if not, they wouldn't both be 100 kcals. Their composition will differ, their energetic value however, does not. A (kilo) calorie is nothing more than a measurement of energy.

dude on tren you have to literally eat junk food so it doesnt burn through your muscle mass ause it burns fat so quickly...it freaks you out like do i have a thyroid problem or something why the fuck am i eating this shit and the scale keeps staying the same but i look better and better lol??? i dont eat before i train, period. so you could say before for sure. after i try not to- and i dont know why im still doing this- i think im still bought into all this whole insulin levels are spiked shuttling fats if you eat them bullshit, but am not confident enough yet to go ahead and eat fats in this window, so for now its 2 hours after as well- but just for now- its not the rule just a guideline im following and i havent figured out why yet. for the most part my body craves fresh fruit post training and fluids so that is primarily what i stick to.

From a pure "physics" standpoint 1 calorie is 1 calorie I.E. it is the same unit of energy...

...From a NUTRITIONAL standpoint 1 calorie can be different form another calorie due to the nutritional value. 1 calorie of sugar is not the same as 1 calorie filled with vitamins and minerals. Eating a 200 calorie candy bar is not equal nutritionally to eating an apple and 2 bananas. The candy bar contains almost no nutrients, but all of those calories which are wasted. Humans store excess calories, so the goal is to get just the right amount of calories as is needed with ALL of the nutrients needed.

This won't happen on "No one's" diet and that is why he is short-changing himself. Idk how much he is juicing, but what he is doing to his heart is really a bad idea.

i think people forget, that given structure, genetics and bone density and other factors two people can be the same height, same body fat and look completely different. im blocky, in a way, and heavily boned and dont have nice round full muscle bellies. i dont think i have an eye pleasing physique. i just have to work with what i got and that it. not much more i can do other than that. not much more any of us can do other than that- some of us will look amazing after a couple years of training and juicing, some of us like me will never in decades of training build a physique that would rival a black guy with good genetics on gh. ever. it is what it is. im not made genetically for competitive bbing. to compare someone to a former Olympia winner in his prime using just bodyweight and body fat levels is the stupidest fucking thing i have ever read. im sure 'tommy' must have a personal problem with me and is using this an as axe to grind cause nobody can possibly be this stupid to mean what he said.

i feel the gh is important for what im doing. i cant speak on what would happen to someone who tried this as a natural as i havent done it as a natural, i can only relay what i know to be factual given my own trial and error and experience.

that being said, can a natty not eat a bbing diet, hut a more mainstream diet and still lose body fat and gain lean, i honestly believe yes they can.

i like to bust his balls in general but i do owe him an apology for running him into the ground over his 'a calorie is a calorie' stance.

for the past couple months i have not followed a bbing diet at all. i dont counts cals/ carbs/ protein or fat. i eat when im hungry and dont eat if im not. i have stopped taking in protein powder altogether- i might get if im really lucky 150 grams of protein a day.

i have never looked this good or have been this lean at a 'daily walking around' bodyfat level. im maybe a couple percent off contest right now.

BUT heres the disclaimer- i am using 4iu of gh a day and i know this is helping, but holy fuck to think i used to suffer thru not eating what i wanted to FOR YEARS.

the template is simple- eat when your hungry- not by the clock- but dont let yourself get to the point where you get so hungry you over eat. some days i eat only twice a day, others 4 or 5. if im not hungry i dont eat. do 20min high intensity cardio post workout. i also train fasted. forget about meal timings, anabolic windows and all that other bullshit supplement companies sell us. eat fruit- im eating a ton of fruit- the one thing your 'not supposed' to eat- a pound of pineapple a day, 2 pounds of grapes a day for example. eat what you want, when you want. the only thing i do do is avoid digesting fats within 2 hours of my workout, i stick to a pretty clean chicken- potato or lean ground beef potato meal. maybe thats not necessary but its the one habit i havent kicked yet.

so, adonis- you were right. i was wrong. im enjoying life cause i love to eat, my training is better, my energy is better.

Seems like a pretty good approach to me. Looks like you've worked in a caloric/macronutrient cycling that works for most people. Kind of priming your body by not keeping things constant with the typical bbing diet. Nutrients are going exactly where they need to with this approach...especially with gear.

Question about the training though, you say you train fasted. Do you train in the morning?

How long have you gone without a meal when you train?

had some extra bread with cottage cheese and salami.

now, 1 hour later, the following i have downed:

about 2lbs of chocolate along with 6 icecreams and 2lbs bread, not kidding.

i feel like stomach will explode ;D

ill now patiently wait till im hungry again.

i have a feeling this will be hard to control, these frequent little treats, i tend to go way overboard after a treat and it ends up in a huge eating fiasco all the time.

Sugar is not an essential nutrient, meaning we can survive without it. Cocaine is not needed to survive but at times people who get addicted feel like they can't survive without it.

And definitely bbing will give you eating disorders...we're not normal man lol. But it's the price you pay for achieving a certain look...just like those bulemic models.

typically I'll have gone without eating 10-12 hours before I train.

galienko and others- I think what you'll start to find us that you'll actually in the long run consume less calories from junk food like ice cream and sugars simply because you can eat them
when you want. you don't put such a high value in their consumption and therefor way less likely to binge when you know you can have it whenever you want.

this is the way my body goes. I've been starving for about 5 days now. couldn't eat enough. today I woke up and didnt even want the Karolyn. I had one scoop of xtend while I trained. since then I've had 1/4 pound of blueberries , 3 slices of pineapple and a coffee and it's 2pm. that's it. I'm just not hungry. in not going to eat cause 'conventional wisdom' says I should. conventional wisdom will make you fat. listen to your body. it's a remarkable mechanism. it'll let you know what it needs and when it needs it.

Its not like you're eating ice cream all day...you're still getting some good food in you. Plus, it's not like you're eating 7,000 plus calories day in and day out. Looks something like an intermittent fast with caloric cycling if someone where to put a label on what you're doing btw. Whatever it is its something you've found that is working for you from personal experience.

i always used to have such portions so id be hungry after 2,3 or 4 hourse again anyway.

but yes, i see your points, and besides, if its muscles build over years, they wont just disappear into nowhere , esp on drugs.

however, what im convinced of, is, to get as lean as possible as quickly as possible, my approach always did the job very fast.

but in the way describe things, maintaiting the current bodyfat with your kind of approach should be possible.

you just didnt clarify in so much detaail first, so ppl would call bs.

ill give it more time, it should work ok, bc i just thought if i have this weekly monster cheat meal divided in portions throughout the week instead of one big go, why would anything be different.

and as im not competining, who even cares if im 5,6 or even 8% bodyfat.

i find it funny when someone whos been training for a while starts a thread cause there in a  rare growth spurt (which doesn't come often when you've been training for that long)...and some guys get super bitter and  jealous, cause what they're doing in the gym isn't fucking working :) 

 kind of like when I found EQ and made that  thread a while back showing what it did to me in such a short amount of time from my old pictures and everyone got all pissed off. no different than the thread groink made when he leaned out, thread  bigbobs made when he transformed himself  that time from a soft 250 to a ripped stud. best off just worring about yourself and your own physique and take what you can....your stuck with your own body at the end of the day anyways when its all said and done

I tried his diet and it worked.  I looked awesome.  I'm on my way back from the brink of fatness again using his principles.

It's the way it should be.  Getting into shape can be a great, enjoyable hobby.
