I'm almost certain that Kai Greene is 40, if not 41. I hope he just wins one Olympia so he can retire. I don't want him to die. When I saw him in person, he was so thick that it didn't make any sense. I heard someone say they got that impression walking past a prime Tom Prince during an expo, and we know how that ended. Also, Kai seems to get winded pretty quickly. Another thing that is interesting about Kai is that he always stays covered up during expos.

Wow.

I don't care for his S&M posing routines but I would like to see him win once as well. Good for him on the ESPN thing.

I'm a bit concerned for both him and Phil. Both seem to be pushing it to the limit and with Phil, I'm sure he's doing everything to avoid a repeat of last year but that's when you can screw it all up by overthinking it and doing too much.

His traps are improved. In that most muscular you don't flex your traps like the crab most muscular. Yes the grapefruit thing will hold him back.

Yes it is. I think for most of the judging panel its an unconscious bias even if they say it's not. Considering the high moral and ethical integrity of the Ifbb its Ironic they get on Kai about the grapefruit ans overlook others

I know if I were a judge I would be more worried about the s & m stuff than the grapefruit
