Hearing the same thing for 3 years. When will people realize...it doesn't matter what you look like 3 weeks before. Dennis James would have 4 Olympia titles by now.
Plus, with politics...no way does Kai win. Heath represents the "sport" better. Then again, Coleman won repeatedly against Cutler...when Cutler was clearly better spoken.

Yes, but Coleman was still a college grad, a christian, a police officer, etc.

Kai was a former stripper with white towel videos.

Coleman may not have been as well spoken as Cutler, but he still overall had a good image. Not even comparable to someone like Kais past.

Coleman's "everyman" demeanour was part of his appeal as well. People make fun of the way he talks, or how simple-minded he comes across as, but his little catch phrases, etc. have become pretty widespread all things considered. I just heard some 18 year old twink yell "Yeah buddy" while rowing a 35lb dumbbell the other night. That is progress!

In many regards Kai is more popular than Phil. He appears to have a bigger following but I'm sure that would change if he won and especially if he showed up in those embarrassing outfits

Kai is well spoken and the dramatic, soft spoken, philosopher who overcame so much with muscles would be an amazing narrative for mainstream press...and they would romanticze the porn past

If Kai really wants to get it cracking this year at the press conference he should ask phil where is his wife that he was up there crying about a few years ago. He can really start to make him look bad and im sure there are others who don't like him and get some digs in.
