Lionsgate’s actioner flopped on Friday with a franchise-worst debut of $5.9 million. It’s estimated to earn $15.3 million by Sunday, which would be the lowest opening in the series.
The pizza-loving reptiles of “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” earned enough dough to hold down the top spot in the domestic box office for the second weekend in a row.

Sly spoke about expendables 4 and a female cast " The expendabelles" before the movie was released and before it was online 1 month before opening.
If a expendables 4 does come to fruition it will be sly, statham and one more guy, this shit with 20 aging fucks is pathetic.

Domestic box office will drop about 60% in week 2.
BTW, Liongate only takes about 50-55% of the box office.
Movie has to take in $190M or so b/f they start to see a profit.

We're all just like our Dads who grew up watching John Wayne movies. Sure, they stank to high hell towards the end but you still paid respects and watched them. Which is what I'll do :)
The first one wasn't bad, and the second one had its moments. The 3rd installment has no Chuck Norris, so how good could it be? I'll buy it for 5 bux on DVD in a month.

When the movie does as you expect in weekend release, then the movie basically sells itself from then on ....
There's a possibility the movie will stick around and make more money......
but trust me, You can only go around with the "failed,flopped,tanked,trashed" tittles running your legacy for so long... these guys were blockbusters hit makers once They have an image and ego bigger than you can ever imagine...
They don't want to embarrass themselves by saying "hey I'm still popular in China and Guatemala hoping the movie will do decent in dvd sales 10 months for now.
Specially when you go to every single media outlet in the USA, promoting it weeks prior its release"

I downloaded it few weeks ago, saw first 3-5 minutes, turn it off. Opened it again and searched for Sly vs Mel scene, watched the scene, pretty shitty scene. Deleted it. Gibson is too good for this garbage, fuck hollywood.
