do your tenants pay you rent in timely fashion? what happens if they don't?
no alot of them dont, the best you can get is a civil judgement, they can flee and not pay you shit and leave the house a mess like hammer up a lenolium floor or hardwoods alot of times its like they took a knife to the lenolium and cut a chunk out, they might even steal the fridge and stove if they are really low life.
the key to starting up in the buiz is never use carpet
if its hardwoods and you know your gonna get some suspect tenants just paint the floors rather than refinish them. people will ruin a good hardwood finish in the hood, its ten times easier to paint them.
