I was curious. It doesn't work for me.
I am seriously thinking about a crazy diet like this.
6 days 0-30 gram carb/1 day cheat day with emphasis on carbs
Anyone ever do this?

I've been dropping weight slowly for the past couple months & I'm not on any low carb diet. I probably eat about 350+ grams of carbs a day.

if youre gonna drop the carbs off, don't do it overnight. do it gradually. And with that few of carbs on the low carb days, i'd do two higher carb days back to back.
