Title: Why is Obama's inauguration considered "Historic"?
Post by: El Diablo Blanco on January 21, 2013, 08:21:47 AM
The news keeps on calling today's Black party as historic.  I don't see why since he's already won and was the first "mulatto" president 4 years ago.  What is "historic" about this other than the estimate $300 million cost to throw.

It's "historic" because they've run out of ideas a long time ago and there's not much beside bad news that they can show.

Repubs should have nominated Jeb and/or Christie.

All the heavyweights - even Palin - sat out in 2012.   They knew an incumbent is nearly unbeatable.  The only incumbent to lose in the last 30 years was Bush1.... and without Perot in the race, he wrecks CLinton.

Heavyweights nothing! I could out-debate Palin. Now. Cold. And so could most Getbiggers, our exceptions noted.

Pretty sure it's the angle. I'm sure there are 'x's where they are obliged to stand. And, given Laura's stand on literacy, I'd give her a pass with regards to George.  :)

Yet the people who voted for him have no idea why and, again, have no clue of the consequences of their actions. I would actually be in favor of some government assistance for retarded liberals.
