McDaniel turned returning Harvey Weinstein's democratic donations into a publicity stuntcause celebre and a moral issue. McDaniel says that the unsurprising double standard hinges on the fact that Wynn denies the allegations and if he's found guilty after an investigation, they'll return the money. Wynn has already paid out more than $7.5 million to settle allegations in the past. The value of wynn resorts has shrunk by more than $3 billion.
