The last two cleared something like $50+ million on opening days. Let me google it.F&F 5 opening weekend $86.2MF&F 4 opening weekend $70,950,500Shit is a cash cow.
i imagine that 6 may top those figures.
Well, people seem to like this franchise.Lot's of fastmoving cars, explosions, guns, the actors are in good shape and not over the hill like Sly, Arnie etc
Imagine Vin D. and the Rock making over 50 mil in opening weekend with their movie ...and a month later Sly and Arnold making over 75 mil with 'the Tomb' move over kids, the true muscle action heroes are BACK !WOOOSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I honestly hate to see Vin Diesel taking over Sly and Arnold right on their faces,........and this summer we will see it happen. The guy is a complete douche With a deep voice. And nothing more. I have told so many stories of him in the past here.
Of course it will. It costs $20.00 for 1 ticket now.
yes non matinee tickets cost about 10$ a person and the movie theateres the big chains like regal cinemas only are allowed to keep 10% of the ticket sales on big movies 90% of the ticet sal money goes back to the production company. Movie theaters do not make shit off of movie ticket sales! 2nd tier movies they take 15% odf the ticket sales. where regal cinemas make all their money is on concession stand sales. They buy that candy is such bulk and literally a large popcorn with butter cost around 7 cents to make and they charge 5.00-600$ a Tub of popcorn. Plus they sell 44oz sodas for 4.25$ to 4.50$ a drink They make huge profits just off of selling their concessions. They do not make shit selling tickets, on a shitty movie they get to keep 15% of th ticket sales. The production company takes all the ticket sale money except the 10% they cutt them in.That is why concessions(popcorn, sodas and candy) are so expensive at movie theaters.
They better not fuck up that Superbird
that's why i always make a stop at a fast food joint, and have my date stash goodies in her over-sized purse, have been doing that since the teen years.
