100% on the stupid trophy thing. I get more out of my training now and I don't stress about it if I miss a day or not (well, I do a little with the Games coming up).

The need to do something else is a very similar mindset. I just enjoy training to be fit. I don't have the desire to diet and prep anymore. I don't feel theres anything important to loading weight to see how many times I can do it as a max. being able to do all of things I can....that a lot of 55 yo's can't is good enough for me.

Today is recovery day and swimming 1600m while there are shitty dad-bods walking around is a win for me.
