Depends on the state. In mine you had to go to an 4 hour NRA safety class , pass a complete background check

I'm going to claim fake on this, the rifle is suppose to an HK g36c, HK themselves never offered it on the civilan sales, and while replicas exist, they are not an inexpensive gun (a few grand) and are very uncommon even on the high end market. You can buy airsofts though -

Also on the pistol, two things, the sound is too low, hardly makes it over the music, it sounds like a spring action or gas toy. Shooting in a car is much louder than even outside.

And the two toned finish isn't all that common on pistols, but is on airguns/toys.

Listen to a suppressed 9mm, it is much louder than the car gun -

The silenced .45 is noiser than the unsilenced car gun.

Unless someone can find court papers, I bet this was some guy fucking around with airsoft and his girlfriend.

Edit: The pistol shot actually might be real, but certainly not the rifle.

A. This kid should be offed in a very painful manner. No question about it.

B. All the fucks that see this as an example of the "broken" U.S. gun laws don't understand the issue.
There are many gun laws on the books, but fucks like the guy in this video don't get their weapons in a legitimate manner. The weapons are either bought on the street or stolen ...both illegal. Laws don't stop anything from happening because criminals don't give a fuck...laws affect only the people who abide by them (like me a responsible gun owner)
