Ronnie was a Great Champion but He Lats and Triceps had some very serious atrophy. He was having a very difficult time even performing the lat spread and triceps poses. Jay was off, but improved his condition significantly the next day in the finals. Wolf is extremely impressive in the front poses but suffers alot in the back poses with lack of thickness in the lower back and hams.

Btw, those GAKIC studies were bogus. I tried to mix powdered glycine-arginine-alpha-ketoisocaproic acid with all kind of flavours and concluded that there is no way those studies were truly placebo controlled. Come on.. flavored sugar vs. flavored glycine-arginine alpha-ketoisocaproic acid.. even Paul Gardner should be intelligent enough to realize that the test subjects did notice the difference --> placebo effect. But then again Gardner is not a rocket scientists.. he was even dumb enough to sue TWINLAB for selling creatine + carbs powder. Needless to say, Gardner got his ass kicked so badly he will never wish to show up in a court room again.
