i agree.. thanx... im not trying to attack but you can see stuff in that physique that can only be seen by excessive drug abuse and the training isnt exactly text book. getting ready for a show is hard but i can guarantee that lifting with awful form and taking way too much shit is going to get you quicker than prepping for a show.

I know of Dave personally, off season when he is "clean" he is still big-cut-vascular and trains hard, sure he might "swing" a bit with the weights, but he "knows" what works for him...and genetics play a part, if you saw the DVD his father-brother and sister have muscular/lean structures...

Getting ready for a show is tough a "test" for yourself, you and I have both been there, Dave has been on the National circuit for years...and again in the off-season when he is off, he is still hard and muscular...and holds some good size!

im talking about his mid section in particular. could be vascular naturally but.. thats VERY rare.

look at the lat pull downs and leg extentions! holy shit i would never be able to walk or stand up straight again if i continued doing exercises like that for 1 week lmfao

any man who's been training for a few years should be able to do pulldowns and extensions with the stack for strict reps on just about any machine.

as far as my "form", i am the only guy i know who has not had a major injury in 30 years in the gym. will you even make 30 years in the gym? probably not. what looks like sloppy form to you is actually a totally calculated movement using controlled cheating.

by the way, it must be really nice and comfortable to go onstage with that layer of fat and water you have. not that you know, but its really physically uncomfortable to be stripped of all bodyfat and water. youre gonna need to go there if you wanna actually get to the national level and not just "a hair away"
