Right before our eyes !

Calves,forearms,delts,and triceps are gone.   He's 40. By the time he turns 42 he'll look worse then Ronnie will at 52 .

He's been at the pinnacle of the bodybuilding world. Time to give his internal organs a rest. Attempting to be nigh on 300lbs past 40 is a death sentence a la kovacs and nasser.

I predicted 218 pounds.   getting there.

Wow, a lot of scar tissue in that right biceps, I didn't know he had an operation on that one.

Guys like Chris Dickerson, Zane,Robby Robinson,Nubret etc. kept an awesome LEAN physique up in to their 50's and beyond...


jay was competing in the Mr.O stage just few months ago!!! ....  Its obvious he has some oil in those funky biceps. (and why if he has retired?)

I wonder how he would look like the 4th of July weekend at that rate ......


Remember, Jay is  just 40  some (average bodybuilders) I know start doing masters shows at that age

Exactly!!!  even C.Dickerson who was even smaller like 175 pounds or so had a lean HEALTHY well balanced physique  could go to a University and do a seminar or guess pose and everyone would look at his physique with admiration with no doubt he was the best of his time .

I have seen photos of Zane at age 48 somewhere doing PUBLIC appearances  and he was lean and athletic( he won the Mr.O 3 times) and you never saw him looking like a Joke/shadow of his former self just months after his last contest.
