LOL........damnit....."a day in the life" documentaries have never cease to amaze me......they tell you everything these Pro Bodybuilders go thru, how they exploit all their natural strenght and somehow ended up looking 300lbs shredded, ALL NATURAL, just eat and take your supplements......wow, this is amazing to say the least

I read the article they had in the new Flex about Kai and it amazes me that he still lives in that apartment in Brooklyn, especially since he has made a LOT of money the past few years. Shit he won $115K in contest earnings last year, not to mention his Muscle Meds deal and appearances!

I'm so excited to see this series.
I can't wait until they get into the details of his steroid use. That will be the most valuable part of the series. Hell, I'd even go a step further and say it will be the only thing of value in the series, as we have all seen the same repetitive workouts and supposed strict diets (that can easily be derailed from due to gh use).
I can't wait for Kai to tell us the exact dosages and frequency involved in his drug use. This will be a great production.
