PH dress is so classy that must be from an italian tailor, very armanish

Ehh, I never much cared for Italian tailoring, with their fancy slanted pockets and skinny-fit pants. I'd much rather have a piece of classic tailoring from Savile Row. Much better bang for the buck. But hey, whatever floats your boat.
