Yep it is quite obvious  cause his shape changed, calves too. Just because he got bigger doesn't mean he didn't use. I swear some people are stupid, for reference take a look at his 2000 npc days.

even before Ronnie approved Vic physique or said anything about it, I always thought he is the best thing to come after Ronnie, if you ever notice his upper chest developmentm symmetry and size that man got it all ! just conditioning and life issues unfortunately kept him away.

I have no evidence if he used seo but yes or no that won't change the facts his strcuture in unique. seo cant make that as far as I know or we wouldn't saw all that seo ugly pictures around the Internet.

The vast majority of pros use S.E.O., why single out Vic....it's  not horribly blatant use, like Nasser's delts were

Him and Dennis Wolf are the only pros worth a shit these days, in my opinion. wide as fuck and good V taper, as it should be. and they are BIG dudes.

Phil Heath is a deserving Mr O, he has good proportions,INSANE arms (a fellow arm Don)  and shows up in great shape every time, a la Sean Ray..but a 100% Vic, or an all time  best Wolf should beat him, IMO.

Throw Beyeke in their too, but he seems to be one of those guys who never gets shredded

sorry but disagree.

At an early point his career and a good upper body and a tight waistline.  In the past years he has gotten a large gut, the waist is gone, he switches between trainers, he's lazy, and he comes in looking like crap.

Did he deserve 2007?  Maybe.  Wolf also looked very good.  Cutlet did not look good at all and did not deserve.

Regardless this guy is lazy and all drugs.  Nothing impressive anymore. 

He will never be top 5 again.
