no clen 4 me man...im bulking here but eating clean...trying to eat around 4000kcals...and clean...cause i do gain fat fairly easily...i cut out all the starchy rice/poates and what not that i was eating last sem. that made me really fat/bloated and i look much better now than i did then...all my carbs come from either plain oat meal, veggies, whole grain cereal, and only simple carbs after work out...-apple juice and a few cookies...i know the pic sux ass....my camera was getting fixed at the factory and should be here soon...they said they put it in the mail so im hoping it comes any day now...then ill be able to get some better pics!
