what does a typical daily menu look like?
I've never tried coconut oil so I'm wonderintg how you use that (i.e do you cook with it or mix it into food after cooking)?
coconut oil is an MCT and is the bomb so far as fats go.
the fats are 40 grams from coconut oil- i put it on my broccoli and chicken after its cooked- its like a solid white paste, but then when you put your meal in the mircowave to heat it up it melts, 80 grams from almonds, 20 grams from red meat and 3 whole omega 3 eggs.
