Exactly right.  They are giving blank check money to all these programs without examining why these programs are loosing so much money, its absurd.  Just like they are granting billions to states without altering the overspending on programs.  Its feeding a broken system with our f'n money!  And this is in the guise of a stimulus package...outrageous.
