And for how huge his arms are, they don't look good in the fdb pose. Not a fan but Kai is fucking yoked, geez. Flex Lewis prob has the best legs in the sport , short or not. Phil is extremely marketable (for now)...he's aged a bit and its catching up with him but I think he'll be at the top for along time.

I'm buying this video. I gotta see the Kai and Phil part. I rewatched it and Kai is the closest thing to a prime Ronnie well see for a long time. The density and separation is jaw dropping. Phil does not compare to this. It's very evident on this video the difference between the kind of muscle these two have. Kai makes him look like a mushy blow up doll. Kai will not be denied an Olympia. He will win the 2013 Mr. O barring any injuries. He and Farah have the formula down. And Yes Meso, when Kai was here for that week at my gym I just can't describe how big he except to say a guy 2 inches shorter version of Ronnie, with calves and better abs but a worse structure.

True Kai's structure isn't the best but at a that bbing fitness event filled with pros and all kinds of freaks huge bbers Kai was the only one I had to do a double take on... Phil
