is it true when on antibiotics you are more prone to muscle tears?

On the package insert for Levaquin it talks about ruptured tendons.

Yes, it weakens tendons making susceptible to rupture. My joints hurt when I was on mega doses of it when I was getting in the hospital intravenously for pneumonia.
