So I have been training but now Im going to logo it as there is a target date, October 10 2024 when I will be going to the Mr Olympia in Vegas
T minus 318 days

Today
21 minutes on Assault Bike--7 minutes alternate sprints--7 minutes only upper body---7 minutes pedaling backwards
then
1 minute jump rope immediately into 10 reps each leg hip mobility exercise immediately into 1 minute heavy bag with resistance bands atttached for speed/power improvement.  Repeat that 5 times
zero rest between anything, just a sip of water here and there
going to do 200 reps for  core of various exercises after I type this

Todays fun
8 giant sets of all these--30 seconds rest after all are done--repeat
Kettlebell lateral movement x 10
then
Kettle swings x 10
then
cable face pulls x20
then
plyometric lateral movement x 16
then
speed bag for 45 seconds
rest 30 seconds repeat 8 times
after all that I did piles and piles of laterals until not one  more would go up that was no rest, just constant,...well maybe 5 seconds when i couldnt keep goin

after i type this its a ton of stretching and foam roller
