Is it true that training abs prevents an hernia from growing or to develop even further (more hernias) on the abdominal muscles?

You can't strengthen that tendon with exercise?

its more a sheet specifically an aponeurosis than a tendon, that can't really be strengthen like a muscle would be

But umbilical hernia is different than hernia on top of abs muscle,
as the muscle gets weaker, the hernia keeps coming out (growing) not 100 % sure on that though..... but i heard 2 pro bb talking about it...
I think i have an hernia on top area of abs (doesnt bother yet) afriend told me that if i stop working abs ill end up having 3 or more hernias in the future...
That Happened to Levrone and Dillet.....
where Ferrigno in 93' kept working abs with it and it was fine"
WOOOSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
