Do you have a clue how hard it is to train with very little rest?

One day last week a guy says to ........"All done already huh Tim.....I`ve been here for 2 hours"...............my reply was....."I just did 27 total sets in 36 minutes"......he says..."well at least you showed up.

So I gave him my standard speech for know nothings idiots, about "intensity of effort" which is what I call it..... thanks to Vince Gironda.

I says to the slob......if you and I weighed the same,had the same exact strength level,did the exact same workout, using the exact same weight, for the exact same number of reps, but it took you 2 hours to finish,but I did it in 45 minutes,which one of trained harder " ?.....he says...."Well we did the exact same thing"....I said "No I trained far harder than you did because I did it in 45 minutes opposed to you taking 2 hours to finish"

He stared stupidly as I walked away with a vascular pump.

Anyone know how to get photos from a phone that your iCloud has been hacked? They’ve locked me out of all trusted devices, changed the phone number associated with the account so I can’t get back into it. My real issue is since my cloud is gone all of my photos are too.  They’re on my phone and I can see them in the album but when I go to click on them I can’t because of the cloud issue. Any of y’all know about that?
