Today's routine:
doing 20 sets of barbell bench-press for chest.
&
doing 20 sets of lats pull-down for back
&
5 sets x 20-25reps of hanging leg-raise for abs

this line above is one of the most profound things anyone has said about bodybuilding in your older years (35 and above)...you maintain motivation much better when you are not stressed about everyday living....if you are doing a job you like and making enough money to live comfortably and not have to worry, then you are much more likely to feel good about working out and to be consistent

good job MC

what sort of rep scheme and weights are you using? Do you train say 1 time a week like this then next time more conventional? i know you train each muscle 2x a week. very intresting.

how long does all of these sets take you to perform? Also do you ever do crunches?...do you believe in them?

about 50 minutes. try don't over 1 hour.
seldomly doing crunches.
hanging legs-raise is the best for abs.
