Title: Guy On another forum, Most Impressive fatloss in 1 month Ive ever seen
Post by: Army of One on October 18, 2007, 10:54:34 AM
I hate to say it but he seems legit, pics look real, he isnt selling anything and seems to know what he is talking about, but claims only eca

"FIRST OFF, I did this just to prove a point and see how much I could do. I lost alot of muscle going this fast, and iwas expecting it going into this diet. I recomend slower fat loss at about 1.5-2 lbs a week.

My Diet for the 1st 2 weeks were pretty normal and balanced.

50-75g fat, 150-200g carbs, 200-250 g Protein = 2100-2300 calories

My Maintainance was probably aroud 4000, so I had quite a big deficit.

During the first 2 weeks I was doing my 4.2 mile walk in the morning and a 2 hour intense workout at night. This was burning about 500-550 calories in the morning and my workout was burning another 1200 or so. I kept it very high intensity and kept my heart rate between 120-140 BPM the whole time.

The 2nd 2 weeks got a little more strict. I was then lowering my carbs and cycling them between low and "no" carb (<50g) and having a carbup day every week or so or whenever I felt weak. Even on my Low carb days, most of my carbs came Post Workout.

Low Carb: 65g fat, 125g carbs, 250g protein
No Carb: 90g fat, 50g carbs, 250g protein
Carb Up: 60g fat, 300g carbs, 150g protein

I was doing 2 miles of HIIT with 30 seconds on 30 seconds of, followed by a 2 mile walk. Took about 45-50 minutes.

For Supplements I took an EC stack with Lots of green teas.

Supplemented BCAA's during my run and workouts. Lots of it..."

Thats nothing impressive. Any bodybuilder who knows what he is doing can lose 20 in a month. I lost 70 in 4.5.

Haha. Showing newspapers means nothing - for all we know he could have had that picture taken three or four months later and kept an old paper to show on the day.

I don't think that's the same person in the before & after picture.  Zoom in on their faces and scroll over from one to the other and something is out of whack.  Granted, they mostly all look alike anyway..... ;D

It's hard to know if it is legit... in these days when it comes down to Photos anything is possible.

that is good work, but it's worth noting that the guy was relaxed and pushing his stomach out in the before, then all greased up and flexing like hell in the 2nd.

It's definitely the same person.

But I'm calling bullshit on the timing of it all.

What is so hard to believe about that? He still has alot more fat to lose in that picture. Atleast 10 more pounds.

Doesn't need to be, simple to take another body stick the head on it maybe even morph it a little, you make sure you cut out the nipples and photoshop them on the lean body.. would be a simple 10 min job.
I'm not saying it has to be, but the possibilities are there...

Why not?  Shit.  These little tweeners will take anything they can not worrying about the consequences.  These little shits run around taking NO-Explode thinking they are juiced.

Good point.  If it was a pic of a NJ/NY guido, I would be more inclined to believe he used DNP.

He does have the guido spike harido.  I bet he wears the channel sunglasses and sports the wife beater tank to the beach.  Probably drives a Honda civic with glow lights underneath

Its not quite the same as a guido (blowout) haircut.  The guido haircut includes spiking all the hair on the side of your head, and having relatively even length hair on top, not a mohawk.

Good Point...I think it's possible, he definitley lost some muscle, but I think it's something that could be done

That might be possible in one month but he would have lost a lot more muscle than that losing that much that quickly without "help" unless he's got genetics from God.

Did it work though? i.e. did he burn a ton of fat by cooking himself from the inside out?

I believe that before and after pic was the one Nutrex used in one of its ads for the new Lipo6x, so I don't get this post about an ECA stack.

Exactly.  I clicked into this thread to post that.  It is about halfway thru the MD issue with ben white on the cover as a before/after picture for Nutrex Lipo6x.
