I don't think that's the same person in the before & after picture. Zoom in on their faces and scroll over from one to the other and something is out of whack. Granted, they mostly all look alike anyway.....
Thats nothing impressive. Any bodybuilder who knows what he is doing can lose 20 in a month. I lost 70 in 4.5.
defenatly not, both pics taken from the same distance. look at the arm length
Yea sure you did Atlas.
It's called DNP
I had a Friend who used DNP ... GOD, did he SWEAT ! It was constant ... 24/7.
I hate to say it but he seems legit, pics look real, he isnt selling anything and seems to know what he is talking about, but claims only eca"FIRST OFF, I did this just to prove a point and see how much I could do. I lost alot of muscle going this fast, and iwas expecting it going into this diet. I recomend slower fat loss at about 1.5-2 lbs a week.My Diet for the 1st 2 weeks were pretty normal and balanced.50-75g fat, 150-200g carbs, 200-250 g Protein = 2100-2300 caloriesMy Maintainance was probably aroud 4000, so I had quite a big deficit.During the first 2 weeks I was doing my 4.2 mile walk in the morning and a 2 hour intense workout at night. This was burning about 500-550 calories in the morning and my workout was burning another 1200 or so. I kept it very high intensity and kept my heart rate between 120-140 BPM the whole time. The 2nd 2 weeks got a little more strict. I was then lowering my carbs and cycling them between low and "no" carb (<50g) and having a carbup day every week or so or whenever I felt weak. Even on my Low carb days, most of my carbs came Post Workout.Low Carb: 65g fat, 125g carbs, 250g proteinNo Carb: 90g fat, 50g carbs, 250g proteinCarb Up: 60g fat, 300g carbs, 150g proteinI was doing 2 miles of HIIT with 30 seconds on 30 seconds of, followed by a 2 mile walk. Took about 45-50 minutes. For Supplements I took an EC stack with Lots of green teas.Supplemented BCAA's during my run and workouts. Lots of it..."
I would like to beg the differ : HERE'S 3 WEEKS FOR YA :
I believe that before and after pic was the one Nutrex used in one of its ads for the new Lipo6x, so I don't get this post about an ECA stack.
