3. Traps look good. I've actually lost a bunch of weight and am trying to bring up neck and traps. Starting to get a pencil neck look. What do you do?(Yes, I'm actually asking candizzle for training advice)

Periodization and putting form first. Doing shrugs with a 40lb dumbell in each hand but raising the traps as high as you can making it a struggle on every rep. But always leave. Few in the tank. Stuff like that. Then occasional heavy days. Plus long term consistency
That's in a periodized routine. Since I started incorprating light weight squeezing exercises in addition to heavier workloads I get better gains than if I just did them by them selves. I think the focus on the contraction that that defines those light weight squeezing exercises provides increased ability to respond to the heavier workloads. But that's just how I feel about it at the moment
