You can see Nasser's muscle mass and definition went downhill really really fast at this time. His abs are long gone.

His awesome physique is obviously maintained by copious amounts of steroids and food. He shrinks quick when he can't get his junk. Or when he stops stuffing himself with massive amounts of food for a little while.
