dude...come on man, I don't wish death on anyone but yes I do agree and wish all these "super celebrity's" would just go way. They all seem to be going down the same slide, Hilton, Lohan, Spears, Bieber...at least Spears came "back to reality" somewhat...but it just goes to show you money and fame doesnt mean shit, this is why i keep laughing at these "jealous" comments....none of us are jealous of them or want to be in their shoes, all of their lives fall apart. however, the vocal harmonies on his tracks (even though I'm sure they're autotuned and/or even just created digitally) are quite admirable. 3rd, 5th, perfect pitch every time. I admit I've listened to 2 bieber songs in my life, admired the chorus harmonies, then punched myself in disgust.

For the first time, I hate him. I used to just consider him a spoiled punchable brat, but never felt any emotional connection either way. Now I see he'll drink alcohol and push a car to extreme speeds on public roads. He's a piece of shit and worthy of the hatred now.

This is minor. Mistake or not, this will handled swiftly.
It's not a big case...the only thing big is the foretelling of what may lie down the road.
He's an adult now, so this maybe a sign that what he was doing when he was underage, he will continue and now start catching cases.

Alcohol doesnt reek he would so called reek of an alcoholic beverage. Beiber may end up sueing the police for false police reports and damaging his image. Once its established the police lied on the police report the whole case is over for the pigs. Bieber4Life.
True, when someone says that the person "reeks of alcohol" they mean the alcoholic beverage.
He has to prove that the police lied. And prove that the police falsified reports. That has to come out in court.

Drinking age here in Ontario (where he's from) is 19.
Not making excuses for him... I think what he did was pretty foolish. I won't point fingers because I myself am guilty of drag racing in a Ferrari at 23. Mind you I almost pooped my pants, and we didn't even have the forethought of cordoning off the streets so others wouldn't end up hurt.
His toxicology reports showed he was NOT drunk, ...they found "trace" elements of alcohol, marijuana, and xanax.
I think if every driver on the road had to undergo a toxicology report, they would find trace elements, ...maybe not of marijuana, but certainly from the glass of wine they drank with lunch, or the prescription medication they had taken 2 days before etc., ...
As far as the Florida case goes, from everything I've seen so far, the only thing they really have on him is consumption of alcohol while under the age of 21, however, based on the amount in his system, I think they would have to establish that he consumed it within the state of Florida.
As for the driving on an expired license... I have to wonder how he was able to rent a vehicle on an expired license.
The toxicology reports contradict the police claims that he wreaked of alcohol, and he was pulled over driving 2 km/hr BELOW the posted speed limit, ...so in my estimation, it really begs the question "Why was he pulled over in the first place?"
