Yes, well yeah, this year anyway... you look like you've been gaining couple of pounds of lean mass on avarage during your training years.

And the bulking phase diet and dieting phase diet, is dedication aswell. Eating big, eating moderate is both dedicationg, not many people like my self are willing to eat eat eat for getting PR's.

But yes, respect to you, especially about the back injurys. Car hit me this summer and I got bone fracture on my knees, so these kind of storys allways inspire. You're good!

I wish for you a full recovery!  Last week this young guy approached me in the gym asking " how to gain mass in the legs?  Said his legs are strong but won't grow!"  I told him I was in that same boat, then I suggested squatting and deads, and I had mentioned my lower back issues kinda prevents me at times.  Only to hear the guy tell me he understands injuries, he had been paralyzed from the neck down for 3 months and waist down for 8 months, showed me his scar down the back of his neck.  He's been able to walk again and train for a year now, training to do a iron man comp with his brother once he gets out the military.  Wow I shook his hand congratulated him for willpower told him he's an inspiration then I loaded on 4 more plates on the leg press and did 3 more sets.  Lol I have no excuse.

Yeah, truly ammazes me how strong the mind can be, it really is... this is also a very inspirational video of olympic level gymnasts who shatter their knees, shoulders but they come back again and again.

You gotta look at who is doing the brainwashing. It's jealous juicers. Adrain has achieved more naturally than 99% of these guys can ever hope to even with their needles and vials. I have no problem with people choosing to juice but Adrain clearly has the moral highground here. How rewarding for him to know he did it the hardest way possible.

I've taken thousands hits and keep it cool because I've been hearing this type of stuff for some years now.  When ppl ask what Ive taken in the past or present I tell them.  Never will I admit to taking something I haven't!  Lol trust me I do not look like and ifbb pro, yes I have a good size pair of arms and and good size chest, I've been benching over  400 plus pounds for ten yrs now I would hope tri's and pecs has size by now.  Quads,hams,calves are not where I would like them to be but I'm working on them.  I've trained heavy from the start and still train heavy these days I believe this past year I've added five lbs of muscle and I believe I can add me over time. 

Adrain I have seen lots of pros who don't look as good as you, anyway I think your a cool guy true Iron brother that loves to lift but to be fair and honest with you it's very hard to believe you are natural anyway no disrespect here.

 To answer your question adrian is black so of course his genetics are better than him, but he still uses drugs just like everyone else. I dont think adriana is on gh though, groink most definintely is.

I honestly cannot remember if that was there when we moved in or if my GF actually put that up.

Yeah, we are fucking messy. New place has a dishwasher, laundry hookup and counter and cabinet space too. I promise it will stay clean!!!
