what are your real arm measurements cold flexed?ht,wt.

I am new to posting but i have been watching the boards for a while now,i am 6'1 260 arms cold are 21.5".what do all you guys got,and i will post a pick i just cant figure out how.

i konw all about the attacks from everybody but i dont care my arms are 21.5" and as soon i figure out how to post a pick you will see,some one tell me how to upload pic,i am not to computer savvy.
